| Brookhaven Builders was formed by Chris Kunkler and John Franck to provide the Brookhaven area with top quality new home construction with a complete emphasis on quality. We have a history of loyal customers as a testament to our abilities and we have long term relationships with all of our customers.
Chris and John have over 30 years of combined experience in the remodeling and new construction industry, in the North East Metro Atlanta area and with this experience started our new construction venture in 2001. Our history has provided us with invaluable design experience working with Atlanta’s top architects and decorators on many of Atlanta’s finest homes. As members of The Greater Atlanta Homes Builders Association, we stay on top of the latest and most efficient new construction products and ideas.
We approach each custom home with a meticulous design and provide many details which set us apart. Our fit and finish is top quality and our homes are turn key.
